I don't remember. From Germany I guess. In Germany there are festivals called
1. Alpabfahrt
2. Almabtrieb
3. Alpauffahrt
4. Almauffahrt
5. Alpabzug
6. Almabzug
Alm - mountains
Zug - train
I am searching using google procedure for example typing
in browser << umzug fu site:picasaweb.google.com >>[u] It's simply okey, when there is more results for only phrase "umzug" I add XY phrase so in above example XY="fu". But XY may be everything else "aa", "di", "mq" etc. 
And of course i am searching by IMAGES google filter option and high resolution.
So ... another example tags:
parade XY;
horse fest XY;
pferd XY; (Pferd means horse in deustch)
barefoot XY;
moscow winter fest XY;
wedding XY;
wedding game XY;
barn XY;
karneval XY;
ETC ETC.

It's time to celebrate "Alpabfahrt" in Germany (Switzerland). Take note for "Viehschau" word. Especially I like Viehschau in Schwellbrunn (swiss village).

This is totally strange to me, why some girls are choosing no shoes way? Maybe tradition? Look at this girlie - barefoot and stepping around cow shits everywhere. Before the party began, the girl had a choice: with shoes or barefoot. But then she had to continue to walk, so no choice.
I love this photos. Maybe you can find some new or from Russia?

Hi, man! I like this pic too! But it very old - 2005 year and many times was posted here.
Vids are great also, most people in are shoed, but sometimes, if you will very closely in watching, you can see barefeet peoples - children mostly.
But it's not shepherds - they from spectators...
I think, that now was taken more hard safety rules for participants... And unfortunately we can't saw barefeet shepherds at last vids...
I can't say "strange" xDDD It's absolutely normal! Why you must use boots, while you used to be barefoot all time? When man all time spent with barefoot on nature, farm, home, when he feel grass, mud, roads and any farm surfaces - why he must shoe on?
Cow manure - it's great substance for barefooting. It's absolutely not disgusting! And very good for feet! It's safe mostly (with light addition terms), cool, funny and bring more health for feet.
Even old recipes for healing many kinds of leg- and joint- illness are consist cow manure therapy in many countries.
Many stories from past of our parents take us understanding, that peoples was very often contact manure with their barefeet.
I prefer to be barefoot at farm so often, as possible, and sure, very often stomp in cow manure! I can confirm - it very good feel!!!!

Фотки просто огонь!!! Жалко только, что даже среди вот таких тематичных мероприятий очень мало босоногих. Последнее время сложилось такое ощущение, что вообще кто то запретил появляться людям босиком на таких мероприятиях((((
